Year 7 Enrolment<\/h1>\n

If your child is currently enrolled in a Victorian Primary School, the application procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n

\n
• Early in the year you will receive a letter and Application for Enrolment form – Year 7 from your child\u2019s primary school<\/li>\n
• On this form you will list the schools you would like your child to attend in preferred order – two choices<\/li>\n
• The primary school will forward applications to Frankston High School<\/li>\n
• In August the primary school will notify parents\/guardians of the results of the application<\/li>\n
• Please note that Frankston High School is not able to disclose the results of the application process to parents\/guardians prior to being informed of the results by their primary school in August<\/li>\n
• It is not possible to apply for a place in Year 7 before your child is in Grade 6<\/li>\n
• If your child lives outside the Frankston High School designated zone, an Out Of Zone Application Form must be submitted to the primary school with the Application for Enrolment form. A very limited number of places may be available<\/li>\n
• Out Of Zone Applications can be obtained from our information sessions<\/li>\n
• There will be only a very limited number of Out of Zone places available<\/li>\n
• Families residing interstate and overseas when their child is in Grade 6 are advised to contact the school to make a direct application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Year 8 to 12 Enrolment<\/h2>\n

  • If a student resides outside the zone and is interested in enrolling at Frankston High School it is recommended that contact is made with the school to explore enrolment opportunities<\/li>\n
  • At all times course choices from Year 9 onwards may be limited since priority will be given to currently enrolled students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Out of Zone Enrolments<\/h2>\n

    \n
    • Frankston High School has a designated neighbourhood zone<\/li>\n
    • Proof of permanent residence within the school\u2019s designated neighbourhood zone will be required for all applications seeking a place on residential criteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
