Frankston High School Fitness Club is open on Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes for all students in Years 7 to 12 in the Weight Training Room. Fitness Club is a friendly team orientated club which is designed to give our students the opportunity to improve their overall fitness, health and wellbeing, in a positive and motivating environment. The sessions are supervised but the emphasis is on group training with older students assisting our younger students with their training, technique and gym safety.
