Students from Years 7 – 12 are welcome to be part of the HPV Team. There are three 6 hour races which are held on weekends in February, April and November. Training is at school from 3:30 – 4:30pm and at Casey Fields on Sundays prior to events. The races are held at Casey Fields and Knox.
The HPV program provides an opportunity for schools and communities to work and learn together. It is a fun program with real world challenges and offers students opportunities to explore and address vehicle design, driving skills and vehicle safety issues. In addition, it provides an opportunity for students to be part of a team effort comprised of both girls and boys.
